Beijing Frees a Lawyer

According to the Wall Street Journal International pressure is forcing China to allow attorneys to speak out as to corruption, discrimination, violations of human rights etc.    Here in the United States many of the very same people who are concerned about the Rights of China's lawyers and others to speak out are amazing silent when in the United States JoAnne Denison's blog exposing corruption in the judiciary is deemed by the lawyer disciplinary commission and the Illinois Supreme Court as akin to yelling fire in a crowded theater.

In a Western State a lawyer found that his own mother was the victim of a breach of fiduciary relationship by a corrupt attorney (guardian) and complained truthfully that the guardian had made a large sum of money disappear.    The Department of the Treasury, knowing that the breach of a fiduciary relationship was a taxable event, did nothing.   Law enforcement did nothing.   However the lawyer disciplinary commission acted diligently and forcibly = it disbarred the complaining attorney.    (In Illinois the attorney who breached his fiduciary relationship would be awarded a Continuing Legal Education position of teaching ethics!)

See: Beijing Frees a Lawyer     (as to china)

Lawyers across the United States of America are being punished for reporting the corruption in the Courts and the same groups of American citizens who protest the outrage in China are silent as to the very same outrage in the United States.    American Political leaders are anxious to raise taxes, but reluctant to collect the taxes due from the corrupt political operatives who breach fiduciary relationships or in violation of 18 USCA 371 and 18 USCA 242 do overt acts in pursuance of the elder cleansings.    Billions in taxes, interest, and penalties are not even assessed much less collected!

The media is also silent as the criminal activity and tax evasion continues unabated!      The American Bar Association (and the local Bar associations) demonstrate their collective contempt for the oath that lawyers take to protect the Constitution as the lead from behind (translation - engage in benign neglect) and maintain extreme silence.  Rule 8.3 and 18 USCA 4 are ignored.

It is no wonder that when the public hears that a bus load of lawyers are killed when their bus falls into the River they (the public) sigh = great start!
