Live cable to interview with Mr. Amu - Judicial Corruption in IL

Live cable to interview with Mr. Amu .  All attorneys should be mandated to watch two videos.  "A Man For All Seasons" and "Mr. Amu", two honest attorneys fighting for truth.  Lucius Verenus, Schoolmaster, ProbateSharks.com

Attached is the interview that Mr. Amu, and Illinois attorney, had on Cooper's corner.

The Illinois attorney registration and deception commission (IARDC) was unhappy that Mr. Amu spoke out pursuant to 18 USCS 4, and his First Amendment Rights against what he views as corruption in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.   What is unique about this Amu matter (in addition to the 18 USCA 371 action by the IARDC) is the fact that the hearing report and the review commission report smack of a racial bias in addition to their assault on the First Amendment and Article 1 of the Illinois Constitution.   The fact that Mr. Larkin in his acting in concert with the allegedly corrupt judicial officials has engaged in other and different assaults on the First Amendment is particularly obnoxious

The Star Chamber proceedings conducted by Mr. Larkin while common are still not only contrary to his oath as the Administrator, but his oath as an attorney.  The lack of integrity that Mr. Amu complains of makes it clear that Illinois has not learned anything by having 15 judges go to jail in the prior Operation Greylord scandal.   Engaging in a cover up and a code of silence is not a remedy for an assault by judicial officials on the basic credo of the United States of America.

We have previously called for an HONEST intelligent complete and comprehensive investigation of the War on the Elderly and Disabled now being prosecuted in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court, and off course Mr. Larkin and his deception commission opposed the same.   The deprivation of Mr. Amu's civil rights by Larkin is proof positive that the cancer that has invaded our Judicial system is not limited to a few courtrooms or even a Division of the Court.

For your information you are one click away from hearing Mr. Amu speak out.    Today, the problem affects an African immigrant, however, tomorrow I can assure you the problem will reach into your home and your life!   We need an Honest complete and comprehensive investigation of the way our Judicial System operates and its disciplinary system.

The League of Women Votes has long pointed out that Democracy is not a spectator sport!

Chicago Called Most Corrupt City In Nation

Chicago Called Most Corrupt City In Nation

(CBS) — A former Chicago alderman turned political science professor/corruption fighter has found that Chicago is the most corrupt city in the country.

He cites data from the U.S. Department of Justice to prove his case. And, he says, Illinois is third-most corrupt state in the country.

University of Illinois professor Dick Simpson estimates the cost of corruption at $500 million.

LISTEN: WBBM Newsradio’s John Cody Reports

It’s essentially a corruption tax on citizens who bear the cost of bad behavior (police brutality, bogus contracts, bribes, theft and ghost pay-rolling to name a few) and the costs needed to prosecute it.

“We first of all, we have a long history,” Simpson said. “The first corruption trial was in 1869 when alderman and county commissioners were convicted of rigging a contract to literally whitewash City Hall.”

Corruption, he said, is intertwined with city politics

“We have had machine politics since the Great Chicago Fire of 1871,” he said. “Machine politics breeds corruption inevitably.”

Simpson says Hong Kong and Sydney were two similarly corrupt cities that managed to change their ways. He says Chicago can too, but it will take decades.

He’ll be presenting his work before the new Chicago Ethics Task Force meeting tomorrow at City Hall.
