Britney Spears may be gearing up for a two-year residency in Las Vegas, but her father is still keeping tabs on her estate. The pop star's conservatorship attorneys filed a motion earlier this month requested that the court continue to grant Jamie Spears monthly payments to the tune of $16,000.

Brit Brit's papa has been serving as his daughter's conservator since 2008, though for a short while he served alongside her onetime fiancé Jason Trawick, who is now out of the picture.

The attorneys are also asking the court to be compensated for their work since the "Work Bitch" singer is "in excellent financial status," according to their motion.
They're asking the court to increase their normal payment of 50 percent of their fees to 80 percent and also to cover 100 percent of their costs.
From Nov 3, 2012 to Aug. 31, 2013 (ten months total), one of the conservatorship attorneys Andrew Wallet claims that he racked $151,427.50 in fees and $1,426.51 in costs for which he says he was only paid half. He is currently seeking the other half.
Another law firm is asking to be paid in full for their services stemming from the conservatorship case, as well as the Sam Lufti lawsuit years prior.
