Alice's family paid thousands of dollars for her burial expenses and yet were never reembursed by Judge Kawamoto's court. Yet, Mr. Martin was paid thousands of dollars for his GAL fees at the last court date April 9, 2013. Alice has been deceased for over two years and why is a GAL even needed?

Judge Kawamoto and GAL Miriam Solo entered an order that prohibited Alice's daughter, Beverly from any visitation with Alice at the Warren Barr Pavilion nursing home unless a court appointed "watcher" was present. Visitations were limited to once a week and charged $160.00 per hour to Alice's estate. This violation of human and civil rights was based on "evidence " fabricated by GAL Miriam Solo that statements by Beverly "brought Alice to tears".
Your ProbateShark may be a fish, however he had the foresight to record the events at the "brought Alice to tears" visit at Warren Barr Pavilion and nothing in the recording was stated corroborating GAL Miriam Solo's fabrication. This Shark presented GAL David Martin with the recording #42 along with a letter...and Martin did nothing to relieve the humiliating third party visits with Beverly's and her mother Alice.
One statement made by Judge Lynne Kawamoto on the court record, this Shark believe sums up the effort to control Beverly or any family member. Judge Kawamoto stated that in the event Beverly violated the visitation order and was arrested that she was to be brought before Judge Kawamoto rather that the Criminal Court of Cook County. That way she would have complete control of any punishment doled out. Kinda reminds one of the Third Reich, doesn't it?

This Shark believes that none of the above violations of human rights could have been perpetrated with out the cooperation and knowledge of Judge Kawamoto. Aside from the Gore estate violations, other similar criminality has been perpetrated on Sykes, Wyman, Cefelu and Tyler estates.
Your ProbateShark may only be a fish, however, he cannot understand why 16 of Alice's annuity checks that were stolen and forged totalling over $20,000 have not been accounted for by the Probate Court of Cook County for over 4 years. This Shark would believe that Judge Lynne Kawamoto sould be stomping out the guts of the perpetrators by now...but now despite repeated requested to the court and authorities, nothing has be done.
Crimes like forgery and perjury are considered "probate problems" by the authorities. The corrupt probate court gets a pass. This Shark understands that detail reports of all of the above violations have been made to Federal authorities and yet nothing has been done to accomplish relief.
Your ProbateShark had the opportunity to view the remains of his mother-in-law, Alice R. Gore, since the family buried Alice. Alice was starved and dehydrated. The court must have felt by murdering Alice, they would rid themselves of a problem family. This will never happen. They have us as long as this Shark's heart beats. We try to think about the last minutes of Alice's life, alone, hungry, thirsty, eyes pleading for water. Judge Kawamoto and your henchmen, you should be proud of yourselves.
One person who has not been mentioned is a major part of the crimes committed against Alice R. Gore and her family. He is the bonding agent. The bonding agent conveniently looked the other way while 16 of Alice's annuity checks were stolen, two annuity checks where forged and a $150,000 insurance policy was omitted from Alice's estate asset list. This person had the chutzpah to lecture this Shark on the responsibilities of an attorney. The bonding agent could only escape punishment due to the blind eye of the estate's judge of the Probate Court of Cook County. At the very least this person should have his insurance license revoked and should change his suit to an orange jump suit.
This Shark was reminded today that Alice R. Gore died over two years ago. Judge Kawamoto stills retains the services of a GAL, perhaps to "commune with the ghost of Alice". The GAL is paid from the pathetic remnants of Alice's estate which has been ravaged by the harpies of the Probate Court of Cook County, yet Alice's family have not been reimbursed dime one for their funeral expenses.
When Alice R. Gore was being cared for by her only daughter, Alice had a mouthful of gold teeth. After being isolated by the evil harpies of the Probate Court of Cook County, Alice only had three front teeth left and no gold. A dentist was called in to examine Alice's three teeth at Warren Barr Pavilion Nursing Home for the charge to her estate of $300.00...$100.00 per tooth. Her daughter protested...but to no avail. Your ProbateShark is reminded of "CANADA", the code name for the repository of gold teeth at Auschwitz.
Editor's note: Alice R. Gore had several safety deposit boxes since your Probate discovered keys for two of them. Alice's financial records were stolen by a relative so the location of any boxes was near impossible. The bonding agent was ordered by Judge Kawamoto to open the boxes and catalog the contents. The bank's only reply was "the boxes were owned by other parties". This Shark advised the judge that the issue should be investigated further but the issue was dropped. Alice and her husband Eddie owned a large collection of U.S. antique silver coins and these and other property were never entered into her estate's assets. Editor's note: One graphic memory that is etched into the mind of this Shark. It was the almost "festive" atmosphere that permeated the courtroom of Judge Kawamoto at the hearing where Alice R. Gore's daughter was charged for 18 stolen and forged (by parties unknown) annuity checks. Never mind that two CPA's had balanced Alice's finances to the penny...Judge Kawamoto without question accepted the inflated figures of the GAL. Gore, who were calm, deliberate as they "churned" the unneeded legal bills, double staffed the nursing home, quadruple charged medical bills and kept a GAL on full payment for two years after Alice died. Your Probate Shark was once many, many years ago a young sailor in the training command in Jacksonville, Florida. This Shark left his barracks with his class to go to lunch. The only people who were present in the barracks were the "compartment cleaners" who did the heavy cleaning of the floors and walls. Upon returning from lunch your favorite Shark checked to see if his magnetic flashlight was still attached to the steels springs of his bunk. The flashlight was gone.
Your Probate Shark reported the missing flashlight to his class leader who in turn reported it to the master-at-arms who in turn reported it to the SP’s. The next event was the building being surrounded by SP’s and Marines. An officer sealed the building and with a bull horn informed the building's only occupants, the "compartment cleaners" that the building would be searched for this Shark’s flashlight. The flashlight was found in the exact location that I had left it within ten minutes.
The officer informed all that the flashlight must have been misplaced by this Shark...because the "United States Navy" does not have thieves. He also ordered this Shark to be more careful where he keeps his flashlight.
Your ProbateShark was informed that the Probate Court of Cook County has closed the Estate of Alice R. Gore. The pathetic paltry remnants of her once million dollar estate where dispersed to some of Alice heirs and the most deserving got nothing. Your Probate Shark wishes that there was a Navy Officer who would claim that "the Probate Court of Cook County" does not have thieves. But unfortunately the Probate Court of Cook County does have thieves. They are the judges, lawyers, GALs and bondsmen. Your ProbateShark has named them in previous posts. Editor's note: 7-3-2013 The daughter of Alice R. Gore, while Alice's POA, was told by a bank employee that another bank employee was listed as a beneficiary of Alice's account. This Shark made a complaint to the daughter's attorney of record at that time to subpoena the bank's backup records...but the daughter only received lip service. Alice R. Gore's daughter has twice requested to see the final dispersal documents of the closing of Alice's estate from the attorneys of the bank responsible for the Alice R. Gore Estate. Needless to say, she has not received the courtesy of a reply.
Hiding of documents from Alice's estate is nothing new to the daughter since she has been trying to view 16 of Alice's missing annuity checks, two of which have been forged for the last 3 years.
Judge Kawamoto of the Probate Court of Cook County has cut off the daughter and her attorney whenever a "delicate issue" such as forged documents or the selection of a court documented mentally ill relative as Alice's guardian is brought up. Of course a $150,000 insurance policy that was never inventoried into Alice's estate or Alice's stolen property is a no no for discussion.

Dear Mary, The final abuse of many inflicted on me and my family was neither me or my attorney were advised of the June 7, 2013, hearing closing the estate of my late mother, Alice R. Gore. As you are aware I have attended ALL scores of the hearings of the Estate of Alice R. Gore. The fact that I as an heir of Alice R. Gore, a 99 year old disabled ward of the Probate Court of Cook County, Judge Lynne Kawamoto presiding, have not to date received the final documents of the estate is unconscionable. Other heirs have received this documentation…I have not. I am the only daughter and caretaker of Alice for almost 6 years. Please send this documentation to me immediately or I will be forced to report this inaction to the ARDC and whatever venues oversee the conduct of banking in Illinois and the nation.

Updated 11-2-2012 A research Shark has made an interesting discovery. The Probate Court has a difference in the number of hearings from the 187 dockets. How could that be??? Of course, they would not have had hearings without providing Sodini notice to all parties.
