Dear Advocates of Honest Judiciaries,
If you are now in your respective court of appeals, I suggest that you do not go there with only your allegations of wrongdoing and other irregularities. You are a party to a suit and as such are biased by definition.
The court is going to treat you with the same contempt with which it treats 93% of cases, which the federal circuit courts dispose of in “on procedural grounds, by consolidation, not published, and not precedential, without comments” decisions(†>ol2:453)‡.

Instead, go there with the support of other parties that have appeared before the same judge and complained about the same disregard of due process and equal protection of the law.
All of you will search together for commonalities that point to the most persuasive kind of evidence, namely, patterns of individual and coordinated wrongdoing that run through your personal cases. How to do this is explained in detail in my articles on Auditing Judges(*>ol:274, 280, 304, 306).
With this evidence, you can approach not only the circuit judges, who are nevertheless most unlikely to incriminate either the bankruptcy judge that they themselves appointed or any their peers and friends, but also journalists(jur:xlvi§§H,I).
In the same vein, you can look for insiders that can become your confidential informants(ol2:468) in the guise of Deep Throat(jur:106§c).
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. I encourage you to read attentively those articles and implement their advice; otherwise, you are going to be investing an enormous amount of effort, time, and emotional energy that the court will dispose of unceremoniously in a 5¢ form where it will have a clerk fill out a blank, either “The judgment of the court below is Affirmed ” or “The motion of the appellant is Denied ”.
You have already made a huge investment in your case for years, as have so many of us. You have received the same outrageous and frustrating result: the blatant disregard of the law. If at the court of appeals you do the same as 93% of parties do, whether represented or pro se, you are going to receive the same result. To expect a different result would be, as Einstein expressed it in his aphorism, “irrational”.
Take this opportunity to do something reasonably calculated to bring a different and positive result for all of you.
Conceive of yourself as a business person. Use your business acumen to make a deal with the other parties. You only need to start with a group of three to seven parties. Thereafter you and the group members can share your experience with others and grow the group until it becomes a force to be reckoned with, as described in the articles.
