I’ve been asked ‘why do you bother banging you head against the wall of corruption’ that is trying to shut you up?    Why not just attorn, and let others carry on the fight –you do not have to carry any water!

 

Indeed, I could tell Mr. Larkin that he won, there is no percentage in my speaking out when Diane Nash is barred from the kangaroo hearing room wherein JoAnne Denison is being lynched.     There is even less percentage my demonstrating any concern that Lanre Amu has his law license taken from him for practicing law while Black.    Nor should I interrupt my quest for amusement because Jerome Larkin and his co-conspirators emasculate the Constitution and the Rule of Law under color of law to cover =up the criminal activities that occurred in the Sykes, Gore, and similar cases.    Win, lose or draw not one dollar winds up in my pocket, and win, lose or draw all I have to gain in the enmity of x, y, and z on my side, and heavily clouted a, b, d, e, f, g, h, and c on the elder cleansers side.

 

Every day, I read articles in the Wall Street Journal such as http://on.wsj.com/1OVHbDR   and am reminded on the cozy relationships that I am addressing as a rank outsider.    

 

Why not just fade into the background?

 

On December 7, 1941 my father, his five brothers, four of my cousins and literally millions of other Americans marched off to the recruiting office to volunteer to fight for American’s freedoms.       Living in a country that respected the Rule of Law was a fundamental need!     Today, America is faced not only with a foreign enemy, but a cancer of corruption that is pervasive and a threat to our way of life.  

 

I wish I were over-stating the problem; however, I am not.    On the National level it is hard to ignore a candidate for president’s admission that he regularly bought off the political elite for his sundry business ventures.    This candidate even brags that he bought off another candidate for presidency.   This other candidate for the presidency admits to being a stranger to the truth and is under serious investigation for criminal activity.    Even more upsetting is the fact that this other candidate tells us the ‘fix is in’ and ******.

 

On the local level, the blogs Probate Sharks, MaryGSykes, NASGA etc.  reveal that our judicial system is under siege and a Holocaust is underway that not only threatens me personally but every other citizen (including the miscreants) and the hear no evil, see no evil, say nothing media and do very little law enforcement.    

 

I have 9 grandchildren!       I want and need them to be secure and live in the America that nurtured me and gave me a life second to none and a cup that overflowed.     Our political leaders disingenuously talk about an America that will be better for our children and grandchildren than the world that I lived for almost 8 decades; however, how can such a world exist when so many of the judicial and the political elite demonstrate daily so little respect for our core American institutions.    

 

Jerome Larkin, the administrator of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission is my target not because he filed false pleadings concerning me and attempted to railroad me for objecting to his ‘cover up’ of the Mary Sykes case 09 P 4585.    Larkin represents the arrogance and total disregard for propriety, justice, and fair play that so many elderly and disabled have had to address.   

·        Imagine, a highly paid public official practicing racial discrimination!    Ask Mr. Amu (who has in his hot hand a reprint of an article that appears in Crain’s Chicago Business reiterating the very same averment made by Amu concerning a corrupt judge.    A charge the judge does not deny!    Yet Larkin and his ‘fixed’ disciplinary panels found the charge untrue!

·        Observe, Diane Nash, an icon of the civil rights movement being barred from a public forum operated by a public agency sponsored by the Supreme Court of Illinois.

·        Note, intellectual dishonesty exhibited by the mis-statement of SCOTUS case law in documents filed by a Lawyer disciplinary commission.

Even more reprehensible is the fact that Larkin has used his position to thwart any HONEST investigation of literally hundreds of elder cleansing cases promulgated by dishonest judges, lawyers, and judicial officials who have isolated senior citizens from their families so that the seniors could be separated from their humanity, liberty, property and in particular any pecuniary asset that could be reached by a dishonest judge rubber-stamping the breach of fiduciary relationship created by law AND finally the involuntary assisted suicide of the victim. (Elder cleansing).

 

A strong motivation is the fact that I or my wife could be a victim of elder cleansing and Larkin’s cover-up would leave me as a helpless victim lying in my own urine in one of the nursing homes owned by a Larkin co-conspirator who is paying a “finder’s fee” to the miscreants with law degrees for the privilege of elder cleansing me.    

 

You too can be ELDER CLEANSED!   From your urine soaked nursing home bed, please send to Jerome Larkin and each of his co-conspirators a Thank you note for the experience.    Please also send a note to your guardian ad litems or plenary guardians who enjoy the social security that your elected official has or is fighting for thanking him/her for not joining you in your quest for an HONEST INVESTIGATION and the collection of the Income tax, interest and penalties on your assets that Mr. Larkin and his co-conspirators have sequestered!
