Subject:   The Illinois cover-up of Elder Cleansing

Once again I and the thousands upon thousands of citizens who are rising up across America to speak out against the felonies of elder cleansing, to wit:  Kidnapping, the herding and isolation of senior citizens, the theft of savings and assets of the elderly, exploitation, abuse **** and finally the assisted involuntary suicide of the victim (previously call homicide) thank Attorney General Lynch for her prosecution of Seth Gillman and some of professionals (legal and medical) who are gaming the health care system.      Indeed we are grateful, however there is so much more to be done that the miscreants are moving forward and making irreparable gains that threaten America’s future and possible existence.

Here in Illinois as an example the First Amendment has literally been abolished.    A lawyer, who is also an engineer, Lanre Amu,  complained to the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (and others) when he was shocked to learn that the Judge in a case that he was engaged was allegedly on the Board of Directors of the defendant and her brother was the attorney for the defendant.    Even though it has been reported that a respected business newspaper (Crains Chicago Business) made the same averment,  his majesty the unhonorable Jerome Larkin using his devine wisdom ruled that Mr. Amu, having a dark skin hue was therefore not telling the truth.     Ergo, the Illinois Supreme Court ordered that while Mr. Amu was engaged in the mandated kangaroo hearings he be suspended in the interim.     Apparently Mr. Amu was practicing law while Black.

An icon of the Civil Rights movement, Diane Nash, was barred from a public hearing in which another attorney (JoAnne Denison) was being persecuted in similar kangaroo proceedings.      Interestingly, as I have a light hue to my skin and an Eastern European heritage I and a bunch of people who look like me had no problem obtaining access to the room.    The empty chair next to me remained at all time relevant empty.     Of course this was all coincidence!   Or - ****.     JoAnne Denison, a female with a light skin color, was charged with operating a blog that disclosed judicial corruption.    This judicial corruption has been documented; however, according to Jerome Larkin, the mere exercise of the First Amendment is akin to yelling fire in a crowded theater and it warranted an interim suspension.

I mention this not to be repetitious or to beat a dead horse, I am answering a question that the blog Probate Sharks asked, to wit:

Editor's note:  This Shark wonders why this kind of crap goes on every day in Chicago nursing homes...and yet nothing is done to the crooks?????  Lucius Verenus, Schoolmaster, ProbateSharks.com

Mr. Schoolmaster,  as long as the legal profession ignores its ‘oath’ and as long as ‘criminals’ such as Jerome Larkin, the Illinois Supreme Court, the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary commission can demonstrate their contempt for Article 1 of the Illinois Constitution and the First Amendment and still be elected to their lucrative public positions this ‘type of crap’ will continue.

It has been an open secret in Cook County, Illinois that vote fraud is a way of life.     We had an alderman cry out in horror that dead people were no longer going to be able to cast votes.    His cry:  “why should someone lose his franchise just because they died!”        Nursing home residents vote 100% for the dominant political party in early voting, absentee voting etc.    Count the number of nursing home operators who have gone to jail for vote fraud!     Instead, we hear from the political establishment that those who oppose or question such activities are terrible people trying to prevent minorities from voting.    (I know there are few people of color in these facilities – but,  the political elite in Cook County never worry with the facts when they have made up their minds).

Cover-up is also a way of life in Cook County.     Starting at page 90 of her evidence deposition, Judge Connors mentioned that if she had been informed that there were deficiencies in the Mary Sykes case  09 P 4585 she would have stopped the proceedings, corrected the errors and come out with same result!    Thus, Judge Connors admitted that the “fix was in!”    What happened – Judge Connors was elevated to the Appellate Court of Illinois and the subpoena for the Mary Sykes file was quashed.    (NB. This file 09 P 4585 reveals that the summons required by statute (and due process) was not served on Mary Sykes, the 14 day prior notice that the Court has ruled was jurisdictional was ignored, and no hearing was held.     No matter – due process is only a technicality!      To the political and judicial elite a bit of flexibility with the true (called lie by the great unwashed)  obviates the problem.    Without a scintilla of evidence Larkin and his co-conspirators rationalized that the family of Mary Sykes must have known of the scheduled date for a hearing and therefore they waived it.     Like all untruths a problem became obvious – there had been no hearing and thus, not due process and no compliance with the statute.     Larkin resolved the problem.    Threats, intimidation, and clout were substituted for honor, honesty and integrity.   JoAnne, and Lanre got three year suspension – I got four as I was not repentant for writing to Mr. Holder (AG).

To this day the cover-up is still in full force and effect.      In should be noted that both Mr. Amu and Ms. Denison received interim suspensions.    Interim suspensions are given when there is a danger to the public.    Amu and Denison exposed corruption.    Seth Gillman on the other hand is an attorney who breached his fiduciary relations, stole money and violated his oath as an attorney.     Mr. Gillman has clout so therefor no disciplinary actions have been forthcoming.    He can still practice law.
