Editor's note: For the record, this Shark has reported a fraud perpetrated by an Illinois lawyer in the State of Florida to the IARDC. The Florida AG court documented this fraud. It was considered "unfounded" by the IARDC. Lucius Verenus, Schoolmaster, ProbateSharks.com
JoAnne -
We cannot expect Mr. Larkin to act against his personal interest and that of his cronies! It is no wonder that he considers your blog to be akin to yelling fire in a crowded theater.
I think we ought to make it very clear that here in Illinois under the present judicial administration it is perfectly ethical to steal trust funds. Making pension and other trust funds disappear is in the best traditions of Mr. Larkin's cronies and 18 UsCA 371 co-conspirators; however, reporting incidents of lawyer theft, fiduciary breaches, and Federal crimes in particular is according to Larkin and the Illinois Supreme Court so unethical that it is worthy of a suspension of the offender's law license. Rule 8.3 is just for show.
