LOOKING FOR VICTIMS OF FLORIDA PROBATE AND GUARDIAN COURTS TO DEMAND FEDERAL INVESTIGATION AND OVERSIGHT OF FL COURTS AND VICTIMS CASES

Hello everyone,
While the Iron is Hot off the Press in Palm Beach with groundbreaking stories of Guardian Probate Abuses for profit and the problem so large as to require to legislative changes and press investigations we the victims are still stuck in many instances with these criminals disguised as lawyers and judges. We are seeking several avenues both state and federal to demand honest investigations as Ken would call them and those that participate can be part of the executioners squad for the guilty of these crimes against the elderly and humanity, including kidnapping, torture, tortious interference with expectancies, legal process abuse and many more criminal acts.
If you are a victim or know victims that may wish to participate in this effort, est to take 2-3 weeks to complete project please fill out the information from the spreadsheet headers below and get in touch with me ASAP. We are planning several events including letters to state and federal officials seeking investigation and monitoring, a full page Ad in PB Post and maybe 1 more national, two pickets at court and if no response from US Attorneys to our demands one or two at their doorsteps to follow. We will be seeking press to cover those as well and hopefully land us front page with TV coverage. We have a modest budget to pay investigators and disbarred and other good attorneys who are all willing to work at greatly reduced rates and who mostly have skin in the game, to pay for the ads and the picket materials but we are trying to raise 20k to take it to finish line in light speed, I know many are so financially strapped from the crimes and so if you cannot help we get it and if you can help do as much as you can to get this done timely. If you are interested in picketing with us please try and give an est of number of people you can get to attend with you (family friends) and we are hoping to have 30-50 people on each of the days.
We will be asking for immediate investigation and intervention of each victim’s case that fits the pattern and practice exposed in the Post articles and if we can arrange for this, this is where you will be able to present your whole story with information to an honest investigator or monitor. In the interim I a brief description of your case main points in addition to the questions below will get us what we need to get your case intervened in. I know everyone has tried every avenue in the past and we have failed due to solid wall of corruption and going to the courts has been like going to the Gestapo to get better treatment from the camp guards inside the hellacious courts of corruption but this time around we have state and national coverage (thanks to Sam, Barbara and so many others) of an ENDEMIC SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION IN THE COURTS with a corresponding ENDEMIC SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION IN THE ENFORCEMENT DIVISIONS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
I look forward to hearing from all of you and the more victims stories we have condensed the better this will be. We will be preparing a Press Kit for wide dissemination and flyers to start peppering the court halls and halls of Justice with. While the PB Post continues this series we should as victims be side by side demanding that we are now helped and since FL officials up and down the chain have failed us exemplifying the need for federal oversight and investigation of our cases. We will also be preparing as part of phase 2 some template documents to share for victims to file in the court as group filings, including seeking damages from the state and various players for damages done by their Fraud ON AND BY the Courts. Each of these will unify and support all the other cases giving us greater leverage and exposure as we file our separate pleadings. This will require affidavits from every party.
