The predator guardian

The predator guardian is a person or a corporation appointed by a Court whose powers exceed the statutory authorization and who acts in derogation of his/her/its fiduciary responsibilities.    The guardian and guardian ad litems in the Sykes case 09 P 4585 (Illinois) are examples.

It should be remembered that the appointment of a guardian is an infringement upon the civil and human rights of a ward - by definition.    The guardian's powers are thus limited strictly so that no senior citizen or disabled person is denied any rights, privileges or immunities that it is not absolutely necessary to interfere.   The guardian is a reasonable accommodation so that a senior citizen or a disabled person can enjoy the fruits of his/her America citizenship to the fullest extent possible.

The predator guardian is further illustrated by the guardian who attempted to annul the marriage of Col Smith, the guardians who place their wards in nursing homes and receive kick backs, the guardians who make estates disappear, the guardian who allows assets to go to rack and ruin so that friends can pick the assets up at bargain prices.
