In April 2010 I was handed such an issue.   Cut to the chase I was faced with moral proposition.   What do you do when you see grandmother is in the path of a speeding train and minimum risk I can save her?    Well, I proposed pushing her out of the path of the train; however, in jumped PS,AS,CF, and company and they threatened me with bodily harm if I interfered!   To my shock the legal authorities drew their weapons and threatened me with harm if I acted.

Of course I acted.    To my absolute surprise I was castigated and defamed as an infamous bad character.   Everyone who sided with me was similarly held up to ridicule and infamy.    

To say I am confused by the response of the people who represent the status quo is an understatement.    I am not alone and my comrades in arms are similarly not alone; however, we are outcasts.    Exactly how this occurred (or occurs) is a mystery, but facts are facts and you cannot make them up.   Jerome Larkin documented in the manner of his National Socialist roots what I did.   I told the truth as to what I saw, concluded that the homicidal deprivations of grandma's civil rights and humans was wrong and reported them to lawful authorities.  When I got a deaf ear from the local authorities I went to the Federal Authorities and requested an Honest investigation.

Worse yet, it appears that I enlisted others of my ilk to join in the call for an Honest investigation and one by one they were castigated and labelled as pernicious individuals so venal as to be a clear and present danger to the republic.   JoAnne Denison in reiterating the call for justice for grandmother was labeled as so dangerous that he blog was akin to yelling fire in a crowded theater and requiring immediate suspension of her law license.    

I really should not have been surprised as we all watched priests molesting young children and being protected by the Church.   We drive by nursing homes and observe senior citizens lying in their own urine and *****.    We hear a presidential candidate brag of her virtue as she relates to the public stories that she knows are not true as the truth, and we hear another candidate tell us to cheers from an admiring public that Bankruptcy filings are good business practices.   Indeed, in today's current climate the politically correct view of life is up is down, right is left, *****.    

A while back some political figures were claiming that the policy of American government was to create a system for dealing with the growing elderly population.    The powers that be all got insulted; however, those same powers that be appear to be strangely resistant to the idea of vigorous prosecution of the corrupt judges, corrupt lawyers, corrupt judicial officials (such as Jerome Larkin) and their 18 USCA 242 and 371 co-conspirators as a deterrent to 'elder cleansing"  i.e. the throwing of grandmother under the train in our metaphor.    We all know that the tax code requires payment of taxes on the benefits of criminal enterprises, yet, the proceeds of the gold stolen from Alice Gore's teeth, her estate, et al remains unreported, uninventoried and untaxed!  Ditto for the funds missing from her estate, the estate of Mary Sykes etc.    The miscreants are reappointed and encouraged to pillage other estates of other grandparents.    Health care payments and social security payments sweeten the pot.   The American Bar Association, AARP, ACLU, **** are not only silent but are pro-active in their inaction.    

Among the potential heroes (our guys) we cannot come up with a simple uniform condemnation of the elder cleansing.   You would think that the simple proposition of putting one foot in front of the other and pulling grandmother from the tracks would be easy.   Many of us what to revoke the franchise of the railroad company to operate the railroad, some of us want to hire 'hit men' to punish the miscreants who through grandmother on the tracks in the first place, and still others want to hold meetings to discuss whether we should *****.

The simple proposition before us is very clear.   The train is barreling down the tracks, grandmother is smack dab in the middle of the track, and we are two steps from the tracks.   Without danger of our own selves we can exert 10 pounds of torque in a parallel direction and grandmother and yours truly are both safe, or we can stay put and watch grandmother run over by the train.

Mr. Larkin - five years ago I made my decision.   The decision is irrevocable and remains the same.   Your coverup is akin to setting fire to that crowded theater that JoAnne Denison has raised the alarm and is attempting to evacate so that you ISIS assault will not be successful. Trying to save lives is not a disreputable act in the eyes of American democracy.  

ISIS terrorism whether committed by radical muslim terrorists or public officials who demonstrate a callus disregard to their oath of office and their constitutional obligations is the same.    It is the duty of All Americans to protect our Constitution and core values.   America has no room for corrupt political figures, corrupt judges, corrupt lawyers and their 18 USCA 242 and 18 USCA 371 co-conspirators.
