Corruption is a two way street

Corruption is a two way street

The fact that more than ½ of the people who appear before an individual Judge are unhappy does not mean that the Judge is corrupt, venal, or even unfair.    In litigation like life there are winners and losers.    We have to understand that and also understand our fight is for a ‘level’ playing field.     Thus, the assumption should be NOT that the judge is biased, wired, or otherwise dishonest, but that there is a need for an HONEST investigation when a legitimate complaint is made concerning the judicial process.

Democracy requires that the complainers be bound by the very same rules as those they complain concerning.       This is the reason that in these elder cleansing cases the motive of the complainer is important and not every incident is ripe for discussion and we have to limit the scope of the cases of guardianship abuse to those in which not only is their evidence of abuse, exploitation, and isolation but those in which the complainer is not just another defeated miscreant who is unhappy because someone else elder cleansed grandma.

The fact is that no matter what we do or what we say we are judged by the company that we keep.
