Description



The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) seeks a Counsel to work with its White Collar Crime Policy Director on a variety of initiatives by helping to create education and advocacy tools, engage in reform-related scholarship, track pending federal criminal legislation and regulations, assist in drafting testimony and formal comments, help prepare CLE programs for white collar practitioners, and other tasks. The position requires strong legal research, writing and organizational skills, with an emphasis on analyzing legislation. J.D. and strong academic credentials required; 1-5 years white collar experience preferred. Salary and benefits competitive with legal non-profits.
