I am not an apologist for anyone

I am not an apologist for anyone, but, even wrong analysis of a problem is protected by the First Amendment.    The right to protest the grand jury decision not to indict is a protected right.    The right to protest a grand jury indictment is also a protected right.

Any analysis of the affair in Missouri, or that in New York etc must also include weighing some facts that are inconvenient to both sides.    Brown was not a nice man, nor was the New York seller of cigarettes.    On the other hand there is a crisis in law enforcement.    In major American cities we have virtual war zones wherein the casualty rates are higher than those where American soldiers are actually engaged in fighting.   The casualty rate in Chicago is most of the time in double digits!    Other cities have similar situations.   Children in their living rooms are hit by stray bullets!    Police officers are desperate.    How do you deal with gangs of miscreants who have no respect for their community, their own lives, etc.   Life to them is a video game!

This morning an Internal affairs officer was lamenting that routinely public officials (and judicial officials) were engaged in cover-ups to protect themselves, their records and law enforcement personnel who had stumbled either because the were venal or had been pressed into a situation *****.     Getting through the cover-up without all the facts available is a horrible and unrewarding task.

Cover-ups are common.     During the Clinton years there was an official by the name of Vince Foster who was found dead under suspicious circumstances.    Rumors flowed freely; however, the lid was placed on the death when Hillary's name surfaced.    Edward Kennedy drove his merry Oldsmobile into the drink and MJK died as Kennedy (drunk ) saved himself and called the family retainer to arrange for the protection of his career.   Similarly, Kennedy assisted when his nephew had a "Bill Crosby" moment and a young woman was killed by him.    The elder cleansing scenario so far has been successfully covered up by 18 USCA 371 alliances between Eric Holder and certain corrupt judges.

John Gruber accurately  disclosed the official attitude toward public disclosure.    He pointed out that government, the media, et al can tell us anything - we are too stupid to understand the true state of affairs!

Unfortunately, Gruber may be right!     However, the escape value is the right of protest!    As the unwashed take to streets to express whatever they feel they want to express corrupt judicial and political figures are forced to take a step back and reconsider.     Articles such Ms. Chumleys and blogs like Probate Sharks, NASGA, Ms.  Denison's  all serve to place more facts on the table and to provide an outlet that Professor Gruber, Jerome Larkin, the miscreants in the Sykes and Gore case and their ilk cannot silence.      Thank you Ms. Chumley for your article.
