It was reported to me that in an effort to silence Attorney JoAnne Denison from speaking out on the issue of elder cleansing i.e. the railroading of disabled persons (and especially senior citizens) in guardianships so that their civil liberties can be taken from them Mr. Jerome Larkin has ordered Ms. Dension suspended from the practice of law.
As you are aware the elderly hold a special place in the USA and our government by the passage of ADA has mandated that reasonable accommodation be made for them. Isolating them from their families and subjecting them to involuntary assisted suicide is not what the act contemplated nor is it allowable under either State of Federal Law. Unfortunately, a cabal of criminals has arisen who are using the Court system to advance their larceny and other pernicious activities. A typical example is found in the case of Mary Sykes 09 P 4585.
Mr. Larkin, a public official with a public office has been using his office to discourage lawyers from reporting the criminal activity and his most recent obstruction of justice has been the reported order suspending Ms. Denison.
This letter is a formal demand for an intelligent HONEST complete and comprehensive investigation of this act of domestic terrorism assaulting the First Amendment Rights of Attorney Denison.
