The dirty big secret of the health care industry is that in spite of the fact that the Government Accounting Office has exposed the War on the elderly and the disabled that is waging in many of the Probate Courts in the United States the government and the media have been addressing this most recent Holocaust with benign neglect.

Here in Illinois corrupt public officials and corrupt members of the judiciary openly and notoriously assault the First Amendment in their attempts to silence mention of the fact that hundreds (if not thousands) of elderly and disabled persons are being herded in abusive guardianships.    These guardianships are noteworthy in that the caring members of the victim’s family are segregated from the designated victim and the victim (an elderly or disabled person) is then separated from his/her prior life.   The common excuse is that the victim is agitated by his family and friends and therefore they should be allowed only supervised visitation.   This visitation is supervised by another corrupt entity tied to the nursing home industry.

The guardianship fiasco –once the caring family members are removed – is free to redistribute the life savings and other assets of the targeted elder or disabled person.    The corrupt probate court officials are experts at reducing a million dollar estate to zero in a matter of months.  

When government funds (and insurance funds) are exhausted and the victim has no more commercial value, the victim is assisted into an involuntary suicide.     

Do not worry – everything is legal!    The criminals have court orders to sanitize this holocaust.    Thus, the numerous web blogs disclosing this travesty are virtually ignored by government and the press even though 18 USCA 4 assumes that the reporting of these felonies to law enforcement will have some effect in vitiating this criminal activity.    See:  JoAnne Denison’s Blog, Probate Sharks, et al. 

In Cook County the poster board cases are In re: Mary Sykes 09 P 4585 and the Alice Gore case.  (In Gore the miscreants were so greedy that they prospected her teeth for the gold filings!)    So arrogant are the corrupt miscreants that Mr. Jerome Larkin the administrator of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission is openly and notoriously intimidating lawyers to ignore their Oaths to uphold the Constitution and their civic responsibilities (such as 18 USCA 4) and remain silent OR LOSE THEIR LAW LICENSES.  

This situation has been duly reported to law enforcement including the Justice Department.   Numerous ADA claims have also been filed.   So far the response has been slim and none!
