CHICAGO—

A new survey shows that Illinois is the second-worst run state in the country.

The survey was conducted by 24/7 Wall Street, which reviewed data on financial health, standard of living, and government services.

The best include Wyoming, Nebraska, North Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa
