We now return to Judicial Retribution and Using Children As Pawns, a topic better described in "Behind the Black Robes", by Barbara C. Johnson. My friend, Tim Lahrman, guest author, introduced me to this vitally important book. The mainstream press did not credence this book with the import it deserved, but this seems to be the case with mainstream press and the judiciary (to be addressed in another post, but when someone challenges our legal system, I've discovered the land mines are deeply entrenched, yet very obvious and pathetic, to discredit the challenger before they can open their mouth or the ink dries on the pages put forth as challenge). I would love to do a parody titled "Beneath the Black Robes" for those challenged in measure are drunk on their robes, and I intend to expose their utter deficiency, so help me God.

As for Tennessee, #1 Most Corrupt State, the civilians are more adept at perceiving judicial misconduct than our Court of the Judiciary and Legislators. It's almost hilarious to watch these "public servants" play dumb to what is obvious to "we, the people...", but I do not recommend challenging "the system", for they are better mechanized at ruining lives than practicing law, and it is not for the faint of heart. Me? I have no choice. I'm mechanized to challenge tyranny and will prove that one man, adjudicated a "pauper", will bring down "the biggest business in the world"-the probate court, so help me God.

Our legal system is truly a sham, especially Tennessee's judiciary, tyranny times ten thousand, and I, for one, if only one, will not countenance this affront to democracy. It's hypocrisy, nothing more.

In Marbury v. Madison (1803), our judiciary handed down a power our Founding Fathers never meant for them to possess. Now, the judiciary is the most powerful branch of government and the least accountable.

Forget asking a legal mind to "reach upwards to their higher self". The business of the court tends to attract the sociopathic mentality, and if no one else has the courage, I'll take the ball and run, for I have nothing left to lose, and will not let History judge me for turning my back on the task put before me, involuntarily.

I will quickly summarize where we left off:

1. The "temporary" Conservatorship of John Daniel Tate aka Danny Tate is terminated nunc pro tunc, May 24, 2010, yet it's anything but terminated.

2. Danny Tate files on "Pauper's Oath" a PETITION TO MODIFY (CERT. MAIL) (Annotated) OF P1-CHILD SUPPORT R1.

3. Danny Tate's ex-wife, Katerina Tate, perjured herself under oath, claiming her divorce from Danny Tate was lost on the grounds of "irreconcilable differences", when, in fact, it was based on "knowledge of a prior existing marriage" (BIGAMY).

Now, watch what Judge Phillip Smith, 4th Circuit Court, Davidson County, Nashville, TN, facilitates in this sham of a proceeding, which smacks of judicial retribution marching orders from Judge Randy Kennedy, probate judge, and right down the hall from Smith's court. (man, I get pissed just writing this and I AM piss ed, for these power drunk monsters are using my daughters as pawns to cover their utter corruption, and it WILL NOT GO UNRECONCILED, so help me God!

Now, instead of getting a timely response and hearing for Motion to Modify Child Support, much less an Order, all divorce court cooperatives go into "using children as pawns" mode, and begin the acting of judicial retribution between two judicial colleagues that share a hall in the Circuit Court of Davidson County, capitol city to Tennessee, #1 Most Corrupt State.

Adam Dread, probate cooperative in Judge Randy Kennedy's court, has known Danny Tate for thirty years, steps in offering "pro bono" counsel, and uses it to score grace points with Kennedy, former Metro City Council colleague and both associated with Jimmy Lewis, king-pen of organized corruption in Nashville, TN, "good ol' boy capitol of the world", and I've only just begun to expose these culprits.

And the cozy relationship between Adam Dread and opposing counsel, Sean Martin, is typical of the "legal system" in Tennessee, #1 Most Corrupt State in the USA. Read about his law firms' involvement with Judge Randy Kennedy, who is in bed with Jimmy Lewis, king-pen of organized corruption in Nashville, and Adam Dread professes he's "proud to be Jimmy Lewis' friend" (yeah, I bet you are, Adam, as long as you think JL is protecting you, but you better consider me, then "sue me for libel", for I would love to meet you at the table of deposition and discovery. You have participated in the harming of my daughters, and you will pay, justice wi ll be served, patriotic-style and democratically.

Now are you getting an idea of how corrupt our legal system is?

Or are you as blind as the TN Court of the Judiciary and our TN Legislators.

who can't even spell the name of the county wherein he practices law: Davison? Too much time fishin', and not enough time learnin', and this comes out of the same law firm of a Presidential appointee, Kevin Sharp, who must not be so sharp. Such is the case with our Judiciary.

(That said, Mr. James Drescher, who represented my ex-wife in our divorce case, seemed to be a fine attorney, in fact, I wished he had been mine)

The former judge of the 4th Circuit Court, divorce court, Muriel Robinson, was divorced herself about 5-6 times according to reliable sources. If you add her and Elizabeth Taylor's together, you come out with approximately how many judges sit on TN's Court of the Judiciary-14. And the rest are attorneys.

NO CIVILIANS!
