Pauper v. Probate: Power to the People

Pauper v. Probate: Power to the People

by Danny Tate

"Your "inherent rights" are mine, saith me"

[Pauper v. Probate]

In the First Court of Public Opinion

Pauper Case No. : PD1

v.

Probate Court Filed: November 8, 2011

Judge "We, the People...", presiding

Power to the People

Constitution of the State of Tennessee

Article 1

Declaration of Rights

Section 1: That all power is inherent in the people...

Since when did "all power is inherent in the people" become a myth? Probably before the ink dried on The Constitution of the State of Tennessee

This past Tuesday, November 15, 2011, when I testified before a panel of Tennessee Legislators @ the Sunset Hearings on Judiciary and Government, I was scolded by one of these Tennessee Legislators who proclaimed, "Mr. Tate, let me remind you that this power belongs to us!" [inferring that the power belonged to the TN legislators, and in reference to my commitment pointed at Mr. Timothy Discenza, lead counsel, Tennessee Court of the Judiciary of, "holding Mr. Discenza's feet to the fire until justice is served."].

I respectfully disagreed and referred to The Constitution of the State of Tennessee [refer to above, Article 1, Section 1, first phrase] in my response to this suggestion of tyranny on the part of a TN legislator.

I reminded this legislator that, according to our TN Constitution, the power belonged to "We, the people…", at which point my testimony, and response to questions from the "panel", were cut off by the chair of this hearing, Senator Bo Watson.

To all members of the Tennessee Legislature, let me point to Article 1, Declaration of Rights, Section 1: [the very first paragraph]

"THAT ALL POWER IS INHERENT IN THE PEOPLE..."

Unfortunately, it appears our legislators governing the #1 Most Corrupt State in the USA have forgotten that inheritance, but will be reminded, if only by me and the Occupy Wall Street occupants who, whether you stand with them or not, are occupying property owned by "We, the people…", exercising their rights to peaceful assembly and Freedom of Speech (our next topic at IRK) and the tyrannical efforts to have them removed by Davidson County District Attorney, Victor S. "Torry" Johnson III... reported by the Scene.

"Torry the Tyrant"

…who has utterly failed in his Duty to his Oath in safeguarding the citizenry from a fellow tyrant, Judge Randy Kennedy, 20th District judge.

District Attorney Johnson is fully aware of the crimes perpetrated on the people of District 20, Davidson County, by Judge Kennedy, yet spends his efforts in removing the Occupy Wall Street participants, instead of fulfilling his duty to his oath.

“In a real Democracy, there should always be a revolution going on to make sure tyranny never rises up within our own government, but the LAW as a WALL has been built like the Walls of Jericho, and there is an army of civilians here today blowing their trumpets to bring down this WALL.” (Danny Tate, Nov. 15, 2011)

Your inherent rights are in jeopardy……as is your children's inheritance in Judge Randy Kennedy's probate court.

Tyranny has arisen within our government and we must remain in a state of revolution to insure that authoritarianism does not continue to rule the land, a land secured by patriots who rose up against this same tyranny and gave their lives for our Freedoms, set forth in our US and Tennessee Constitutions, yet trampled upon, unchecked, by our sitting judiciary, locus standi.

Trampled upon until now…

We must take back the power from the tyrants, for it is our inherent right.

Amen and amen!

Impeach Judge Randy Kennedy,

That is our inherent right to demand,

to save our children's inheritance,

as God as my witness.

"pauper" Danny Tate (circa 1986) just one man amongst "We, the people..."
