Pauper v. Probate: IMPEACHMENT
Pauper v. Probate: IMPEACHMENT
by Danny Tate
"This is MY court, Governor Bredesen gave it to me, and you 'serfs' out there can go to hell, Probate Hell".
Pauper v. Probate

Pauper Case No. : PD1

Probate Court Filed: November 18, 2011
Judge "We, the People", presiding
IMPEACHMENT
Article V of the Tennessee Constitution: Impeachments
Sine Die (Latin "without day")
Paine on Procedure
The last impeachment trial in Tennessee was held in 1958.
My personal conviction, the primary reason Tennessee was ranked #1 Most Corrupt State in 2010 lies at the feet of our Legislators, who alone have the authority to Impeach, according to our TN Constitution, and our judiciary is at the core of Tennessee's corruption.
That said, our Legislators are public servants whose duty it is to represent the wishes of "We, the people...".
I challenge all ye faithful, blow your trumpets and make "the walls of Jericho" come crumbling down. Public outcry over our Corrupt Judiciary must be at a volume that cannot be ignored.
There have been meetings and hearings and talks and lobbying on Capitol hill, but NO ACTION, as the arrogance of our protected judiciary permeates and sickens the already oppressive environment, and "we, the people", are left subjects to this tyranny.
Tyranny (definition and history) has overcome the land, the very oppression the patriots rose up against in defiance of Taxation Without Representation, it is here and now; and if our public servants are going to tax us without representing us then there must be an uprising, a new revolution.
Rise up, rise up! Let your voices be heard and do not be silenced! Rome is burning while Nero laughs and plays his fiddle...
It may be of no consequence to you now,
but it will be too late when you've been thrust
involuntarily into the tyrannical abyss of
"Court Ordered Hell".
