WHISTLEBLOWERS WANTED



We are seeking professionals who work in the Cook County Probate Courts, and are sick and tired of the unethical behaviors that take place there against the elderly disabled and their families.



We are seeking:

• Transcriptionists who have been bribed and/or threatened into preparing inaccurate transcripts

• Lawyers and GALs who have been ensnared into an unfortunate situation which you know is harming the ward, but you are afraid to speak up about the situation

• Lawyers and GALs who have witnessed the victimization of wards and their families

• Nurses and guardianship owners who are appalled at the behaviors they witness in the Probate Courts and guardianship cases

• Judges who know that unfair decisions are being handed down around them

• Anyone in the court system who is appalled at the way their colleagues are destroying the lives of the elderly disabled

If you entered your profession with the intention of helping the disabled elderly in our society, please come forward and share your story with us. Your name will be kept confidential as we direct you in reporting your concerns in a safe manner. Opportunities will also be provided, if you choose, to go public with your story.



Together we can put an end to the corruption in the Cook County Probate Courts. Please help us clean house in the Cook County Probate Courts so you can practice your profession in accordance with your conscience. It's time to go back to protecting the elderly disabled in our society; they are looking to you for help.
