Jumping ahead of the saga.
18 monthly Genworth Annuity checks are presently missing and have not been deposited in mother A’s accounts. There appears to be a difficulty with the “whores” of the county obtaining copies of these checks. ProbateShark would suggest they look into the “usual suspects”, the court officer now under investigation by the Inspector General for other alleged frauds.
The ongoing corruption of the Cook County Probate Court system has protected its minions from punishment. When ProbateShark brought the negligence of the previous G.A.L. in lapsing mother A’s supplementary Blue/Cross - Blue/Shield thus causing the estate to lose tens of thousands of dollars - the court ignored that. Yet, the court officer made a major issue of the disposition of mother A’s worthless 50 year old pots and pans. They had to know where they were stored.
