America is in trouble.    We are indeed governed by idiots who openly brag that we are stupid and that they put something over on us.   We take their insults as complements and laud them as they openly lie to us.

Here in Illinois we not only are being bilked by our government officials but dissent is strongly discouraged.   The most recent example is about as galling as can be, to wit:  JoAnne and I observed very serious violations of Civil Rights in the Mary Sykes case.   In the Alice Gore case we were reminded of the Nazi concentration camp administrations.  In the ******

The long and short was we called for an HONEST INVESTIGATION.   The Political and Judicial elite went crazy.   Disciplinary proceedings followed that would give pride to the Courts of North Korea, Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia *****.   Both of us were railroaded but neither of us let up on our protests.   Denison publishes a blog and openly and notoriously points out judicial corruption.  The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of Illinois is desperate!    Confronted with the presiding Judge in the Mary Sykes case 09 P 4585 in her evidence deposition admitting on page 91 that she was fixed/wired to come to a particular ruling whether there was evidence to support it or not, Jerome Larkin the administrator of the IARDC had no problem - he and the Illinois Supreme Court just barred introduction of the Court file.    (Evidence was not necessary - the disciplinary proceedings were also fixed)

A Court watcher alerted us to the fact that Judge Stuart (who has some relationship to President Obama) lied under oath as to her actions in the Mary Sykes hearing.   In particular Gloria Sykes, the daughter of Mary Sykes, was chained and threatened by the miscreants.   The threats even included killing her therapy dog.   The judge perjured herself as she denied the extra-ordinary proceeding; however, on Cross examination she was forced to admit her perfidy and lack of judicial conduct.

Larkin and his 18 USCA 371 co-conspirators apparently were worried that the record might be observed by unfriendlys  - thus the report of proceeding was altered to sanitize the problem.

The Illinois Legislature apparently observed this problem previously so it required Court reporters (the people who prepare Reports of Proceedings and transcripts of hearings) to be licensed.   Obviously, licensed Court reporters have something to lose and therefore a reluctant to alter transcripts and reports of proceedings.   Jerome Larkin and his gang solved this problem - they used unlicensed reporters!

Larkin dipped into public funds (embezzelment) to pay the unlicensed reporters in direct violation of the Illinois Statutes.   Law enforcement has been notified in writing (by e-mail at least) and they are uninterested!   The Supreme Court of Illinois has been notified.   They are not only uninterested but they appear ready to charge Denison with the task of repaying the money stolen by Larkin.

(If this sounds a bit like the Clinton e-mail scandal - it is!   Up is down, Truth is fiction, right is left *****. )

If your government believes that the best way to eradicate trillions of dollars of debt is to spend trillions more — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

 

If a seven-year-old boy can be thrown out of school for saying his teacher is "cute" but hosting a sexual exploration or diversity class in grade school is perfectly acceptable — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

 

If hard work and success are met with higher taxes and more government regulation and intrusion while not working is rewarded with Food Stamps, WIC checks, Medicaid benefits, subsidized housing, and free cell phones — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

 

If you pay your mortgage faithfully, denying yourself the newest big-screen TV, while your neighbor buys iPhones, time shares, a wall-sized do-it-all plasma screen TV and new cars, and the government forgives his debt when he defaults on his mortgage — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.
