A study of tried and proven methods used by the Probate Court of Cook County to confiscate over 100 years of creativity and wealth from Alice R. And Edward Gore in less than three years. Judge Kawamoto and Miriam Solo may ultimately be judged only by God.

Alice's family paid thousands of dollars for her burial expenses and yet were never reembursed by Judge Kawamoto's court. Yet, Mr. Martin was paid thousands of dollars for his GAL fees at the last court date April 9, 2013. Alice has been deceased for over two years and why is a GAL even needed?

Judge Kawamoto and GAL Miriam Solo entered an order that prohibited Alice's daughter, Beverly from any visitation with Alice at the Warren Barr Pavilion nursing home unless a court appointed "watcher" was present. Visitations were limited to once a week and charged $160.00 per hour to Alice's estate. This violation of human and civil rights was based on "evidence " fabricated by GAL Miriam Solo that statements by Beverly "brought Alice to tears".

Your ProbateShark may be a fish, however he had the foresight to record the events at the "brought Alice to tears" visit at Warren Barr Pavilion and nothing in the recording was stated corroborating GAL Miriam Solo's fabrication. This Shark presented GAL David Martin with the recording #42 along with a letter...and Martin did nothing to relieve the humiliating third party visits with Beverly's and her mother Alice.

One statement made by Judge Lynne Kawamoto on the court record, this Shark believe sums up the effort to control Beverly or any family member. Judge Kawamoto stated that in the event Beverly violated the visitation order and was arrested that she was to be brought before Judge Kawamoto rather that the Criminal Court of Cook County. That way she would have complete control of any punishment doled out. Kinda reminds one of the Third Reich, doesn't it?

This Shark believes that none of the above violations of human rights could have been perpetrated with out the cooperation and knowledge of Judge Kawamoto. Aside from the Gore estate violations, other similar criminality has been perpetrated on Sykes, Wyman, Cefelu and Tyler estates.

Your ProbateShark may only be a fish, however, he cannot understand why 16 of Alice's annuity checks that were stolen and forged totalling over $20,000 have not been accounted for by the Probate Court of Cook County for over 4 years. This Shark would believe that Judge Lynne Kawamoto sould be stomping out the guts of the perpetrators by now...but now despite repeated requested to the court and authorities, nothing has be done.

Crimes like forgery and perjury are considered "probate problems" by the authorities. The corrupt probate court gets a pass. This Shark understands that detail reports of all of the above violations have been made to Federal authorities and yet nothing has been done to accomplish relief.

It will be the tale of an evil queen in black robes who carries away old folks to a dungeon and makes them slaves....and beautiful princess turns the evil queen forever into a dragon....and the dragon is sealed away in a cave in Levenworth, Kansas...forever....and ever...and the 400 lb evil stepmother is turned into huge frog....and is banished to the basement dungeon in the Chicago MCC...forever and ever....and forced to eat only parev freeze dried worms...forever after.....

The file link below is to the complete 187 page Probate Court of Cook County Docket file of Alice R. Gore from 2006 to 2010. It is a dramatic and sad road map of her journey from an independent citizen to a person completely isolated under the control of uncaring, caregivers, judges and lawyers.

Updated 11-2-2012 A research Shark has made an interesting discovery. The Probate Court has a difference in the number of hearings from the 187 dockets. How could that be??? Of course, they would not have had hearings without providing Sodini notice to all parties.
