Pauper v. Probate (The Biggest Business in the World)
Judge "We, the People", presiding
For the last year and a half, I've been asked by friends and readers to author my story in the form of a novel, pertaining to my involuntary thrust into probate hell. To date, I've refused, for it's a journey through "the valley of the shadow of death" that has been a place in my memory bank, the only bank left, that I've not wanted to revisit. Following my "final hearing", which proved anything but final, though terminated nunc pro tunc, Tate #469 FINAL ORDER TERMINATE CONSERVATORSHIP, I was contacted by countless book publishers, but I knew the story was not over, thus the final chapters yet to be lived out or played out in court.
Now, I will present my story in the form of a trial, carried out in the court of public opinion, where truth and justice stand a better chance.
From this point forward, I am putting the State of Tennessee on trial, in the court of public opinion, specifically the 7th Circuit Court, Davidson County, Nashville, TN, Judge Randy Kennedy, the probate court; and will prove that one man, Danny Tate, with nothing left to lose, adjudicated a "pauper" by the same court charged with "conserving" his estate, Tate #563 ORDER SUBMITTED GRANTING D1'S MOTION TO PROCEED ON APPEAL AS A POOR PERSON ,will put the entire legal system on trial and bring them to accountability, with the emboldened help and outcry of "we, the people". I impl ore those of the patriotic spirit to join me in this effort, for it will require an action and movement, expressing our dissatisfaction and willingness to take back our rights and freedoms provided for in our Constitution and Bill of Rights, having been denied us by a legal system run amuck.
I believe the reader will find this "trial" intriguing, for the press coverage to date has been the PG-rated version of the story, and I will include actions taken against me that will seem unbelievable, yet true and horrific; and I will substantiate all claims with documentation from "their own" court records, along with affidavits, links to experts, case-law and other cases of an egregious nature from this same court of Judge Randy Kennedy,
Such as The Conservatorship of Robert Thurman (here's just one year's accounting in this illegal proceeding) Thurman #501 EXHIBIT AS A COPY FINAL ACCOUNTING
If I'm expressing an opinion, it will be stated as such, or will present proof that strongly suggests.
What this will accomplish is, not only the telling of my journey through probate hell, but will prove with clear and convincing evidence that the entire Conservatorship of John Daniel Tate aka Danny Tate, was a sham from inception, and the fraudulent and ill-intentions of those that petitioned for control over my person and property, the crimes committed by all parties involved, how our public servants are the criminals in this proceeding, why a brother would seek the ruin of his brother (Cain v. Able).
This trial (Pauper v. Probate) will require of me to reveal certain unflattering truths about myself, my conduct and accountability; but for the sake of integrity, and the principle of rigorous honesty by which I live my life by, this must be put forth.
In the end, you will understand more clearly why Brantley Hargrove, Nashville Scene journalist, who broke my case, titled the story, "Court Ordered Hell". And hell it has been and continues to be.
Court Ordered Hell- the Scene Article by journalist Brantley Hargrove that broke the case of Danny Tate.
More importantly, you should be outraged and compelled to participate in an outcry for reform, not only in the guardian/conservator probate abuse, and the fact there are legions of invisible, unaccounted for wards, involuntarily and wrongfully held hostage and silenced by this probate instrument errant and egregiously used to loot estates; but also the paramount and imminent need for reform within our US legal system, demanding a rededication to all officers of the court being held to the highest standards of conduct, a fundamental in the duty to their oaths.
I have just returned from Washington, DC, where my reception stood in stark contrast to the hostile climate created in my own home, Nashville, Tennessee, and the ongoing judicial retribution by a tyrant who wears a black robe and sits as an unqualified occupant of the probate bench. I met with various staff members from four (4) US Senate offices, interviewed by The Washing Examiner, and my story is being considered by the investigative division of The Washington Post.

I also met with the Dept. of Justice, FBI, USPS Inspector General. Their reception reflected an utter contradiction from local and state authorities, thus bolstering the rating of Tennessee as #1 Most Corrupt State.

This trial of the new millennium in the public domain, (Pauper v. Probate), will contain not only important legal revelations, but a compelling biography of how one man, stripped of every legal, civil and human right, and left adjudicated a "pauper", fought back with only his wits, voice and determination from a new-found strength…
and a faith that, in the end, good wins out over evil.
