Read super investigative report (link below) by Tribune reporters David Jackson and Gary Marx. Most important is last part of article concerning "The False Claims Act". Victims of the "Court Sanctioned Elder Abuse" may wish to file lawsuits against "companies and individuals defrauding the government and recover funds on the government behalf. In other words if you see your judges, court officers, GALs, or case management companies "churning" the estates you may file an action against the above. In one case, a GAL failed to pay a suplimentary Medicare insurance policy, costing the estate and eventually Medicaid thousands of dollars.
