This report echos the GOA reports.  What is significant are the words:

Generally, it is accepted that guardianship cases should be monitored to ensure the welfare of wards, discourage and identify neglect, abuse, or exploitation of wards by guardians, and sanction guardians who demonstrate malfeasance. The lack of court oversight of guardians was recognized in 1982 when an investigation by a Dade County Florida Grand Jury found insufficient monitoring of guardianships by the courts.16 In 1986, considerable public attention was drawn to the failure of guardianship to protect the well-being of the elderly when the Associated Press published the results of a nationwide study exposing the widespread failure of the courts to adequately oversee these arrangements.17 Following this series, many states enacted laws reforming guardianship procedures. However, these statutes have not always been implemented by judges and the other players in guardianship,18 and reports of courts’ failures to prevent abuses of the elderly by their guardians have continued.

This statement reaffirms the fact that elder cleansing in not a new situation or a situation that has not been addressed in the past.   It also discloses the perfidy of the current political climate that has resuccitated the crimes of guardianship.    In Florida the Helen Brown case should never have occurred, and in Illinois the Gore, Sykes, Wyman, Tyler **** cases should have been only an illusion.

HOWEVER, we have a massive cover-up that is coupled to the elder cleansing that has risen its ugly head.   There is just too much money out there for the corrupt political, judicial, and public figures to resist.   Why else would an entity of the Supreme Court of Illinois (the IARDC) publish in its court papers the absurd assertion that the MaryGSykes blog exposing Judicial corruption be akin to yelling fire in a crowded theater!

To protect the elderly an example of the criminals promulgating the cover up of elder cleansing have to be exposed, subjected to an HONEST investigation, and appropriately punished.    Jerome Larkin and his 18 USCA 371 co-conspirators have for too long protected judges such as the judge who on page 91 or her evidence deposition admitted to being 'wired!'  As a lawyer, Larkin took an oath to protect the Constitution.   The interests of the Constitution are not parallel or consistent with his WAR ON THE ELDERLY AND THE DISABLED.   As lawyer, Larkin should be standing shoulder to shoulder with JoAnne Denison to expose every Judge who is 'wired' and punish all the lawyers who are participating in fixing the courts and isolating, exploiting, robbing and depriving senior citizens (the elderly) and the disabled.  (elder abuse)

In a world in which public officials are concerned with their positions of trust and their own honor, the infamous letter from Cynthia Farenga to IARDC lawyer Lea Black disclosing that the blog Probate Sharks had published a demand from Ms. Denison and myself for an HONEST INVESTIGATION should have/would have triggered an investigation of GAL Farenga and Stern, and the Mary Sykes case 09 P 4585 rather that disciplinary proceedings for Attorney Denison and myself.

Why we have to keep reinventing the wheel is a mystery.

Buzz (cotobuzz.com) told me: "I have looked at the FAST program,  national, government and private businesses financial abuse specialists team.  View this as the CAI of the elder abuse." ba
