At this point I'm informed that Attorney JoAnne Denison and many of the victims of elder cleansing have forwarded to you the information upon which we are respectfully requesting Senator Kirk join with us in requesting an HONEST INVESTIGATION of all aspects of the elder cleansing scandal and the cover-up that has been orchestrated by Jerome Larkin the administrator of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
Every day the blogs Probate Sharks MaryGSykes NASGA AAApg.net, **** make their disclosures of elder cleansings by corrupt judicial officials (including Judges, lawyers, judicial officials and assorted public officials. Details of the miscreants' assaults on America's core principles, our Constitution, and our way of life. The NASGA blog has disclosed the 4 GAO reports to Congress which echo the citizen complaints of elder cleansing by the corrupt elements within the Federal and the State Court system. They disclose horrendous assaults on elderly citizens that detail fiduciary theft (with Judicial connivance), fiduciary theft, wrongful forfeiture of assets of the elderly by judicial officials, intimidation, extortion, misuse of the Courts *****. Simply put - these criminals have made it unsafe to become old and have recreated the Holocaust - these miscreants have targeted another unpopular group - the elderly as their victims.
Warriors standing in the way of the Blitz**** are singled out for extermination. Tim Lahrman sits in an Indiana jail on charges that any ethical judge would have thrown out 17 years ago. The charges are more than 17 years old and on their face are flawed. I understand he cannot get a hearing, and his Habeus Corpus action is being tossed from pillar to post. JoAnne Denison has been suspended from the practice of law because she has disclosed the judicial corruption on her Blog, MaryGSykes. The IARDC is so vindictive that they are seeking some 18,000 dollars in costs. (Larkin characterized her blog as being akin to yelling fire in a crowded theater)
I hope that someone from Senator Kirk's office has taken a look at the Mary G Sykes file 09 P 4585. If they did they will note that not only was there no service of summons (as required by 755 ILCS 5/11a - 10). The Sheriff wrote a letter pointing out that he had no record of serving any summons. The file demonstrates the perfidy of the guardian. In addition, the statute requires (jurisdictional) that next of kin receive 14 days prior notice. No such notice was given. Of course, you are aware that guardianship is a deprivation of rights by its very nature as it removes rights from a citizen and gives a stranger the opportunity to exercize the said rights. Thus, due process requires a hearing and ADA requires that the hearing meet the standard of 755 ILCS 5/11a - 3b. The file reflects that NO SUCH HEARING WAS EVER HELD. Request a transcript of the hearing from Mr. Larkin or one of the miscreants! As it was never held prior to Judge Connors signing the order appointing a guardian and facilitating an approximately three million dollar theft. To the Illinois disciplinary board reporting this obvious criminal activity is akin to yelling fire in a crowded theater. Asking for an HONEST INVESTIGATION is just beyond the ethical pale!
As the assaults on the American Constitution and the elderly are commonplace the appeal for Senator Kirk's held is urgent. Once lost, democratic rights, privileges and immunities are very to regain. Larkin and his 18 USCA 371 co-conspirators are laughing all the way to the bank. They are laughing at our expense!
The Bernie Sanders/Donald Trump revolt is here. It is swimming upstream because not enough good people will stand up for America and its core principles. We hope that we can count on Senator Kirk to join us in the fight against Elder Cleansing. All we ask for is an HONEST INVESTIGATION BY LAW ENFORCEMENT of the elder cleansing and the cover-ups such as the one promulgated at the IARDC by Jerome Larkin.
There is an upside for all Illinois citizens. The legislature is seeking to raise our taxes to cover short falls. It will be un-necessary. Elder Cleansing (breach of fiduciary relationship) is a taxable event. Under the doctrine of Constructive receipt the breached fund is deemed taxable when the first breach occurs, and interest and penalties accrue from that date. Conspirators (18 USCA 371) have joint and several liability. Thus, Jerome larkin by his 'cover up' and attempts to silence calls for an HONEST INVESTIGATION has incurred joint and several liability.
