Join us this evening as Mark Hexum tells of his journey through divorce court in Illinois. In what has to be one of the most salacious and obviously rigged cases we have examined, Mark came face to face with the corruption in family courts, especially those in Illinois.
After enduring a horrible marriage, Mark was threatened by both his and his ex-wife's attorneys with paying as much as 60% of his gross pay in alimony to coerce him into a settlement that left him borrowing to support himself and his children .
Mark has exhausted the usual legal channels in an effort to get fair treatment in the Illinois courts. He has carefully documented the relationship of key players in the system who became involved in one way or another in his case. He has discovered what so many others have; this has nothing to do with the law, justice or even simple morality.
