Today, Jews all around the world are looking forward to the future. Everyday young people look forward to the parochial futures, and theoretically the no so young (you and I) look forward to enjoying the ‘golden years!’ Our bucket lists are slowly being accomplished and our anxieties are directed to such weighty subjects as: “is Johnny (a grandchild) going to pass his chemistry course.” Stop the presses! The Helen Stone fiasco rises to the fore! We just put Mary Sykes, Col Smith, and Alice Gore out of mind – but the jailing of Helen Stone’s daughter Barbara for not being intimidated by an alleged corrupt judge, corrupt guardian for profit,**** is brought to the fore. Who is next!
The NASGA blog answers the question----YOU! The criteria for being the victim of elder abuse is quite simple. All you need is to have value to one of the elder cleansing elite. Your value might be filling a space in a nursing home or hospice facility, having a home that can be pillaged and sold for development, having a gold coin collect that is untraceable, having negotiable bonds, *****. All that is necessary is that there is a willing corrupt judge to rubber stamp the whim and caprice of one of the politically connected guardians for profit.
The Helen Stone case appears to be a classic example of the futility of protesting. Barbara Stone is a lawyer by profession! (Of course Janet Phelan and Gloria Sykes are journalists proficient in the language of protest.) Lawyer Stone found out that she was impotent when she protested her mother’s fate. The more she protested and demanded appropriate legal process for her mother that greater the infamy. Retroactive abortion was too extreme for the Florida justice system – though Janet Phelan’s book “Exile” suggests that corrupt California jurists and their 18 USCA 371 co-conspirators tried it unsuccessfully – and Gloria Sykes bore the marks of a pretty good beating (Illinois). Thus Barbara is being silenced by being jailed and now apparently placed under court order to no exercise her First Amendment Rights!
Think about it == if lawyers are being intimidated and made to look the other way when they see corruption (dirty little secret) fostered by the body politic == what is your future?
I’ve written to the Justice Department pursuant to 18 USCA 4 - so far there has been no intervention and no investigation that I know of in the Barbara Stone case. The ACLU is silence, AARP has not sold a dime’s worth of insurance, and the body politic has been silent. Mary Sykes, Alice Gore **** died in captivity, Col Smith was freed, however, Helen Gore is doomed. Apparently this situation is the legacy of the Obama Administration, another dirty secret, and the possible future for you and me.
Just in case you forgot – Mary Sykes went to the Courthouse for help. With the aid of a bunch of corrupt jurists, some corrupt lawyers, two guardian ad litem, and no hearing as to competency, no notice (in accordance with statute) she was elder cleansed i.e., isolated, abused, deprived of her liberty and property and exploited. That is the future boys and girls!!! UNLESS we can get our government and our law enforcement people to enforce the law as required by the 14thAmendment
