Paranoia is not one of the deadly sins that I suffer from. When I refer to Jerome Larkin as a Kim Jong wantabe I am joking on the level. When I refer to waking up and finding America has been conquered by North Korea (or Cuba) I am exaggerating a bit. I am not really worried about America becoming a police state as over the years I've had experience with government at all levels and I found that most government employees are just like you and I. I also found that law enforcement while not perfect in the most part is dedicated and interested in the same things that I am interested in - JUSTICE FOR ALL.
I've also dealt with some very bad people and on occasion I've had the opportunity to view first hand what the wages of sin yield. In more than one situation a very very corrupt political figure literally cried on my shoulder seeking to extricate himself from the serious predicament that his dishonesty had gotten him into. I personally carry more 3rd party secrets than I care to admit. Many a time I'd had to almost choke not to respond to some statement made by a political figure who just ten minutes before had bore his soul to me.
I have to admit that the recent actions of Jerome Larkin are out of the box and he scares me. At JoAnne's proceeding yesterday, Larkin's lawyer had the temerity to suggest that the annual fires that occurred on Floor 3 1/2 of the County building and the City Hall were JoAnne's imagination. Had the lawyer done his homework he would have known that before the Daley Center was built this event occurred as regular as clockwork on a particular Friday afternoon. It was a major joke that our political leaders were having their annual record burning ceremony.
What really is disturbing is the fact that my wife's social media postings concerning the IARDC are tampered with! Indeed, it might all be innocent, but, I found nothing innocent about the KKK, the black shirts, or the lack of candor exhibited by public employees employed by the IARDC.
Yes, the monitoring of social media postings by particular individuals is a form of stalking but it is legal. If I post it - you can read it! The problem occurs if you interfere with my postings or worse those of my wife. I believe that if the IARDC and Mr. Larkin is in any way involved they have violated Title 18 and I want swift and proper enforcement of the law. I do not care if the Good Lord is Mr. Larkin's clout - We are entitled to have him comply with the law just as if he was you or I.
The lawlessness and lack of propriety of the lawyer disciplinary commission is reprehensible and wrong. When the Supreme Court of the state abdicates its responsibility to protect the public its member should not only be impeached but prosecuted criminally. 18 USCA 371 covers the problem of official cover-ups. The damages to the public should be compensable to the public and the injuried parties - liability to be assessed jointly and severally.
Federal Income tax taxes benefits received and therefore all members of a conspiracy incur joint and several tax liability. Thus, if taxes are due because of the elder cleansing of Alice Gore - Jerome Larkin as a co-consirator having aided and abetted the miscreants has liability for the 1.5 million dollar tax liability plus interest, penalties and taxes. In a similar manner he has liability for the approximately two million dollars in taxes plus interest and penalties due on Sykes.
If Equal Protection of the Law in fact exists - - we will see Jerome Larkin paying his share of the taxes that the Gore/Sykes/Wyman/Tyler et al conspiracies owe to the STate of Illinois and the United States of America.
No one forced Larkin to engage in the cover-up. Had Larkin done his job the miscreants and their cohorts would be suspended from the practice of law - not the whistle=blowers! I guess that the bad guys are aware of this fact and thus the personalization of the assaults!
On my desk is a business card that says:
