A waste of time - comment by LC

It is a true shame that there are websites bashing Officers of the Court / Guardians who make every effort to make the right decision often without the support of the ward and family members. Rare is it possible to meet the "Agenda's" of the family members and in a lot of cases, the wards themselves. The list above mentions the names of hard-working, caring people who are left to make the decisions that others could not or often times would not. This website is ridiculous. To think of what these people see and deal with on a day-to-day basis is unbelievable. I can't believe I read a few blogs here. What a waste of my time...

ProbateShark reply: Dear Anonymous, since we have so many Anonymous comment contributors I will assign you a special code name, LC, that stands for "Legal Comment". Your ProbateShark appreciates your creative criticism and wishes to reply to your "waste of time" comment. As you can see, you have not only been approved, but featured.

LC, The ProbateSharks.com blog has almost 6,000 postings, the majority of which reflect a massive criminal financial conspiracy against elders by their "care givers" and protectors. The ProbateShark.com blog’s "Wanted" list does not intend to charge individuals or organizations with any criminal intent. It only reflects inquiries by concerned persons wishing more information regarding these persons or organizations. One of our researchers did find one court appointed "guardian ad litem" on the list who murdered her disabled child and also appointed an inappropriate guardian for a 99 year old disabled ward. This court appointed guardian was court adjudicated "insane" and yet was allowed to make life and death decisions of this 99 year old disabled ward. Strange, but true since we have the court transcripts to prove it.

LC, The ProbateSharks.com blog has been visited several hundred thousand times. Many of the visitors represent virtually every state and federal alphabet law enforcement and social service organization in existence. We also have international visitors. Many of them spend hours scanning the blog and I’m sure very few consider it a "waste of time". This Shark has been told that the blog is a well studied "clearing house" for information concerning the "Judicial-Nursing Home Cartel".

LC, Look forward to hearing from you in the future with your creative comments, Lucius Verenus, Schoolmaster, ProbateSharks.com
