Assaults on Free Speech Right here in Illinois

The attempt to silence Attorney JoAnne Denison by the Illinois Attorney Registration and Distortion commission was believed to be the nadir of legal profession.    I never in a million years could have imagined that they would demonstrate being more ethically challenged by ignoring the Rule of Law, the Constitution, Free Speech, etc.   However, that is exactly what they did!    All with zero evidence to support their position.    Judge Stuart was caught being frugal with the truth in open court.    this proved the culpability of the IARDC; however, the transcript published did not reflect what everyone heard!     Of course the voice recording was denied Ms. Denison.

Today notifying Ms. Denison of the interim suspension of her license was a new low even for Mr Larkin and the IARDC.    The timing is absolutely perfect.   It comes on the heels of an ISIS killing of innocent people including newspaper people in an attempt to suppress Free Speech.   The world leaders joined arms and march in solidarity with the effort to protect Free Speech; however, using State of Illinois Funds Jerome Larkin and the overpaid lawyers he employs with State of Illinois money found this an opportunity to assault the First Amendment and to deny Ms. Denison of basic and core values of America.

The outrage of a public official using his public office to foster Jim Crow ( Amu case) is bad enough; however, after the horrifying events of this weekend the same public official using his position to silence a citizen is beyond horror.    The United States of America must come down on Jerome Larkin and those who pursuant to 18 USCA 371 conspire with him and put them out of business.

While we cannot tolerate attorneys:

"engaged in a pattern and practice of unfair, deceptive and unscrupulous business practices and customs designed to unjustly enrich themselves'  through a scheme of "equity stripping" an elder's estate by barratry, and fostering and perpetuating litigation for the attorney's personal gain.."

we also cannot tolerate attorneys who lack respect for their oath and America's credo.

Please - protect the rights, privileges and immunities that so many died for in America's wars!
