Elder Cleansing, Ethnic Cleansing, Racial Cleansing are all assaults on America's core values.

Elder Cleansing, Ethnic Cleansing, Racial Cleansing are all assaults on America's core values.

The take no prisoner approach that prevails in the political system is indicative of the War on the Elderly and the Disabled that is waging in the backwaters of the Court system and the world of political reality.     It boggles the imagination as to how the corrupt judges, their appointees and those who aid and abet the wrongful discriminatory conduct of elder cleansing can face the mirror in the morning.    What must Jerome Larkin, the administrator of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Distortion Commission,  think when he looks in the mirror and sees a predator who can claim a victory in having prevented Mary Sykes from today visiting with her two elderly sisters and her younger daughter?   It is a real feather in his cap to have aided an abnormally wealthy nursing home operator bank a few extra dollars obtained from his discovery of gold in the teeth of Alice Gore.      Indeed, he certainly can be proud of his assault on the core values of America and his total disregard of his obligations to the Illinois public who entrusted him with the duty to curtail the very actions of elder cleansing that he openly and notorious aids and abets in direct violation of 18 USCA 371!

Forget about the fact that dozens of felonies have been committed by Larkin and those felons he acts in concert with, to wit: the corrupt judges, corrupt political figures, their appointees and the criminals who engage in health care frauds.    The human toll is equally as great as the ISIS scenario and just as ugly.   The distinction is that Larkin and his ilk are our private religious extremists!    The beheading of our Liberty and our core values in their worship of a God with more corporal existence than the Judio/Christian God.    Their God is the dollar, the nursing home bed, and the opportunity to ravage the personal fortunes of the victims of elder cleansing.    The Crusade to the domiciles of the elderly and the disabled via the courtrooms of the nadir of the legal profession is no less ugly than *****.

The problem that Larkin and his merry group of felons face ultimately may be human justice, but the unalterable fact that they have taught their own children that form trumps substance and rationalization beats reason.   As the prophet says: “what goes around comes around.”   [The concept that Larkin and his ilk advance, that it is more ethically challenged to communicate with law enforcement than to commit the felonies of elder cleansing is in my mind absolutely an amazing restatement of the mafia manifesto]

The forgoing is interesting but irrelevant as the War against the elderly and the disabled rages and we are losing.    The cancer of corruption is metastatic and we so far have not found a formula to raise the hue and cry that brought down the National Socialists and the Soviet Communists.    I’ve unsuccessfully called for an Intelligent, Honest, complete and comprehensive investigation of this travesty of elder cleansing.    The appeal to the American Justice System has been met with stone deafness.    Vote fraud (i.e. the delivery of thousands of nursing home votes to the dominant political party) defeats a ballot initiative.     Complaints to law enforcement have had a spotty success, but are largely failures.

The success that we[1] enjoy is the fact that each of us, and especially me can look in the mirror and say:  “I like that person!”      Doing what is just and right, especially when the consequences are not pleasant is a reward in and of itself.
It is interesting that if you take the time to examine the Guardianship Statutes and the Americans with Disabilities Act the Law is very clear.    Guardianship is not intended to be a ‘death sentence.’    It is intended, consistent with the ADA, to provide “reasonable accommodations” so that every disabled person (including the elderly) can enjoy the fruits of America.      The reasonable accommodation is not intended to be the pillaging of the liberty of the elderly, the exploitation of the disabled, or the denaturalization and dehumanization of senior citizens who have the ability to enrich a few favored members of the political elite.     The Justice Department of the United States of America has been designated by Congress and the Law to enforce ADA.      I hope that within a finite period of time every aggrieved individual will have on file with the Justice department his/her grievance as to the exploitation of the his/her loved ones by those individuals and groups conducting the war on the elderly and the disabled.
