Re: Estate of Alice R. Gore, deceased, a 99 year old disabled ward of theProbate Court of Cook County #06-P-482

 

                                                         

Dear Mr. Larkin,

 

 

It is my belief that the criminality perpetrated by the Probate Court of Cook County is so very monumental and extensive that any inaction on the part of the of IARDC purports its complicity in this criminality.

 

  The 16 missing annuity checks payable to Alice R. Gore; the three forged annuity checks; a $150,000.00 insurance policy owned by my mother, Alice and not inventoried in her estate; Alice’s stolen property; the selection by an allegedly corrupt GAL who appointed a court adjudicated mentally disturbed adult grandchild as Alice’s guardian; the prohibition and restriction of my visitation and contact to my mother, Alice; perjury by officers of the court; double staffing of nursing home personnel and blatant medical insurance violations; Medicare-Medicaid violations.  All of the preceding violations condoned with the blind eye of the Probate Court of Cook County.

 

I wish to continue my complaint against all the persons mentioned in my previous letter.  If the IARDC and yourself Mr. Larkin take no action, you are major part of the problem facing all elders, disabled persons and wards of the court in Illinois.   Should you take positive action against these Probate Court criminals, you would be contributing to a solution to the disaster facing our Illinois citizens.
