He has a fish brain that is full of common sense and dispenses only common sense. This Shark’s only gain is to see justice done, the perpetrators punished in orange jump suits, feel the "spirit" of Uncle Irv rest, and rightful heirs receive their due.
By now, you and your relatives have been contacted by professional "treasure hunters" who make their living by connecting prospective heirs to their rightful inheritances. Please check out the credentials of these people very carefully, as you would with a baby sitter, lawyer or doctor. Keep in mind that Uncle Irv’s estate was in excess of two million dollars and a "treasure hunter" will retain a portion of that amount as his commission for professional services rendered.
Half of Uncle Irv’s estate was retained by the State of Florida and half of his estate was allegedly obtained illegally. Why I suggested that you check out your professional "treasure hunter" carefully is that he is only interested in Uncle Irv’s $2,000,000.00. There is much, much more that is owed to you that I will further explain to you why your "treasure hunter" must be extremely skilled.
First, do not believe in any B.S. that the estate is closed or statute of limitations has elapsed...you have been allegedly defrauded and the clock starts the day you discover that fact. Also, the alleged perpetrators were protected tax wise and sheltered by inheritance estate laws which in reality are taxable and there is no statute of limitations on evaded taxes.
Why is there more than 2 mil to be recovered? Every person who touched this estate, lawyers, accountants, genealogists, notaries, judges, etc may be liable for punitive damages. These punitive damages may far exceed the $2,000,000.00 of Uncle Irv’s estate. The only real hero in this debacle is Mark xxxxx, the Florida assistant attorney general who withheld half of Irv’s estate from the alleged perpetrators after realizing that the "heirs" may not have been entitled to Irv’s money.
