Letter to Illinois ARDC June 30, 2014

Editor's note: This Shark has blanked the names of the parties in the complaint. In all fairness, names will be withheld until the parties have responded to the IARDC. Your ProbateShark has a positive attitude, however the track record of the IARDC in protecting its favorites is well known. Lucius Verenus, Schoolmaster, ProbateSharks.com

Re: Estate of Alice R. Gore, Probate Court of Cook County #06-P-482

encl: court transcript of June 7, 2013, Ex-judge Lynne Kawamoto

Dear Mr. Larkin,

The estate of my mother Alice R. Gore was closed on June 7, 2013, per the attached court transcript. My attorney, Michael Norris and I, as Alice R. Gore’s heir, have been requesting copies of the final checks issued to the heirs and others. To date I have had no response to my requests and have not received these documents.

There have been other activities regarding the estate including but not limited to unreported stolen annuity checks, unreported forged annuity checks, Alice’s opened safe deposit boxes presently owned by "others", appointment of a person, "court adjudicated as borderline psychotic...a danger to herself and others" as guardian to Alice R. Gore, inappropriate or no medical treatment, removal and theft of my mother, Alice’s gold teeth from her mouth, unreported theft of Alice’s documents, a $150,000 insurance policy owned by Alice and not reported as an estate asset and falsified court testimony. I have previously issued a complaint to the ARDC concerning xxxxx and xxxxx  about issues preceding in this paragraph.

I wish to file complaints against xxxxxxx, xxxxx, and xxxxxx regarding the issue in paragraph #1 for withholding documents that I am entitled to as an estate heir. I would also request that the ARDC revisit my complaints in paragraph #2.

Mr. Larkin, the worst possible result for all the alleged criminality beset upon my mother Alice and myself would be a finding of no fault to the above alleged perpetrators by the ARDC regarding my complaints. I request copies of the responses to my complaints.

Sincerely,

Beverly A. Cooper
