New High: 67% Think U.S. Economy Unfair to Middle Class

More voters than ever think the current U.S. economy is unfair to all Americans. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 35% of Likely U.S. Voters now think the economy is at least somewhat fair today, down from 41% in April and the lowest finding in regular surveying since the beginning of 2013. Read more 
Americans are slightly more supportive of increasing the number of legal immigrants allowed into the United States if the federal government can fully secure the border first to prevent future illegal immigration. But most still want to decrease legal immigration or keep it about the same. Read more 
What America Thinks
Prisoner of war Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was released in Afghanistan last week as a result of ongoing negotiations between the Obama administration and the Taliban. In exchange for Bergdahl's freedom, the administration released five Taliban leaders from Guantanamo Bay. The decision is considered controversial on many points, including whether it's acceptable for the United States to negotiate with terrorists. We decided to find out what America thinks.
