Uncle: Man called 911 “looking for help” before he was fatally shot by PBSO deputy
BOCA RATON —
Suffering from mental health issues and having run out of his medication, Matthew Troy Pollow called 911 Wednesday evening “looking for help,” his uncle Randy Fishman said Friday.
A short time later, Pollow allegedly lunged at Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Deputy Evan Rosenthal with a screwdriver and was shot to death at the gated Tuscany Pointe apartment complex in suburban Boca Raton.
