Question: Does the Illinois ARDC practice selective legal objectivism?

Question: Does the Illinois ARDC practice selective legal objectivism?  Your ProbateShark believes so.  This Shark has reported various attorneys of serious misdeeds to the IARDC...with a response of a form letter declaring that they could find no problem.

  Your ProbateShark has reported evidence of forgery of checks and perjury to probate attorneys involved with the Estate of Alice R. Gore,  deceased.  No action was taken by these attorneys to report such serious felonies to law enforcement.  If this Shark were to file complaints with the IARDC tomorrow for dereliction of resposibity...would action be taken to censure these attorneys?
