Wyoming’s wolf “management plan” is currently little more than a wolf-killing plan.It allows gray wolves to be shot on sight across about 85 percent of the state.  Right now, across most of Wyoming, you don’t need a permit or license -- or any justification -- to shoot or trap as many wolves as you want, anytime, anywhere.  If that sounds like a throwback to the Wild West, to the days when wolves were shot, trapped, poisoned and slaughtered by the thousands -- it is. And it won’t stop until the courts make it stop.
