Judge declines to move legal dispute between MLK Center and his estate to federal court
King’s estate filed a complaint Aug. 28 in an Atlanta court asking a judge to stop The Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change from using his image, likeness and memorabilia.

The judge said his decision was a close one but he decided a Georgia court has jurisdiction.
