Police: Highland Park man reported finding wife "deceased, in a pool of blood"

Highland Park, IL police were called to a home on Sheridan Road in that suburb at about 7:00 P.M. this evening after a man reported finding his wife, "deceased, in a pool of blood".  Police barricaded  Sheridan road to traffic after homeowner refused admit if weapons were present in home.  Police ordered the occupant of the home to exit the front entrance with his hands empty and above his head.  Two male occupants complied and exited the home with their hands up.  After the home was cleared,  normal traffic resumed on Sheridan Rd.   Lucius Verenus,  Schoolmaster, ProbateSharks.com
