Editor's note: Your ProbateShark received a call on the Shark Line this evening regarding a problem that a family is encountering with the Probate Court of Cook County. What makes this case most interesting is that just about all of the miscreant  players are the same ones involved with the rapes of the estates of Alice R. Gore, Sykes, Wyman, Tyler and Cefalu.

Not only are the players the same, but the play format is the same. Isolation, churning legal fees, double staffing of nursing homes, forgery, perjury, selecting weak, easily manipulated relatives as guardians,  etc.  Even with the example set with the absence of Judge Kawamoto, the miscreants are still up to their old games.

This Shark's suggestions to probate court victimized families are retain effective honest legal representation, make a complaint to the FBI, Illinois States Attorney, Governor's office, contact the Veterans Administration, inform any labor unions,  guilds, fraternal or professional organizations a victim may belong to.  Don't be bashful about calling local police for wellness checks in the event the court has limited or ceased your visitations with loved ones. At the very least, you are on record that something evil is occurring.

Make complaints to the state's and federal legislators.  Check out the Shark's blog for instructions in filing complaints against any doctor, lawyer, judge, nurse, nursing home acting in an untoward manner to you or your loved one. 

You are not alone...The Probate Court is a "Criminal Financial Enterprise" and it is denuding thousands of helpless folks of their life achievements, golden years, lives and freedom.  Continue fighting. Never give up.

Yes, Alice R. Gore, a 99 year old ward of the Probate Court of Cook County is dead. Alice's gold teeth extracted and stolen during her stay in a nursing home. Her estate of over a million dollars has been squandered by the court lackeys who didn't even allow money for decent burial for Alice...her family chipped in and paid for it.  Alice's family was persecuted by Judge Kawamoto for 6 years! She should live in shame for her misdeeds!
