Danny Tate responds to new FB ‘wanted pending criminal charges’ page

A comment Monday on an April 2010 post entitled Some good news for Danny Tate advised of a new Facebook page, Danny Tate aka: John Daniel Tate. The Facebook page link was also posted on a half dozen or more Estate of Denial Facebook page posts. The new Danny Tate page’s About section says “Danny Tate – Wanted in connection to pending criminal charges in Nashville TN.”
Conservatorships were once about the young. As longevity increases, they’ve also become about the old, but simultaneously, instances of non-minors and non-elderly are also seen with financial incentives often easily detectable.
Tate has been outspoken with regard to the questionable circumstances and corruption associated with his conservatorship. He stands as an example of the administrative ease and casualness of process with which life-shattering conservatorships are granted. He also serves as a model of how anyone with a livelihood that produces an ongoing revenue stream can be targeted – for instance, a musician or actor with a music/film catalog or some beneficiary of investment income.
Today’s world including our courts and associated parties can pose a dangerous, identifiable retributory threat.
Upon becoming aware of “his” new Facebook page, Tate issued this response:
This is not my page, but someone posing as me.  In September, 2010, I started a blog titled Impeach Randy Kennedy (IRK) Pauper v. Probate: NOTICE OF PERJURY AND REFERRAL FOR PROSECUTION AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION | Impeachrandykennedy’s Blog.  October 2010, I was arrested in Nashville.  My entire “criminal history” was built after I was conserved into indigence.  During this same time period my residency was in Franklin, Kentucky where I never received as much as a parking ticket.  My “rap sheet” suggests a life of crime.  October 2007, the conservatorship I was put under in Judge Randy Kennedy’s court felt like a criminal proceeding from day one.  They needed to criminalize my conservatorship to justify the looting of my estate.   They said I was “dangerous” and maybe I have become a danger… a danger to a corrupt system.  We should all prove dangerous when life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are so easily stolen under color of law and guise of protection.  When the law works to oppress the people, the outlaw rises up.
This move along with many others suggest Tennessee’s Davidson County and its corruption seem to give a whole new meaning to government transparency.
