 THE TWO LADIES IN OUR WEBSITE HEADER, WERE TWO VERY AMAZING WOMEN WHO WERE LOVED BY ALL. THEY FELL VICTIM TO ELDER ABUSE AND NEEDLESSLY SUFFERED WRONGFULL DEATHS.

A PERFECT CRIME ( AGAINST THE FAMILY).

Elder Financial abuse is business, BIG BUSINESS! 

It comes in forms most people can never even comprehend.

1. Five Million Elders lose their life savings, homes etc every single year  

    to Elder Financial Abuse.

2. 65% of all Elder Financial Abuse is perpetrated by family members and friends.

The other 35% is usually Guardians and Attorneys or individuals in public positions.

3. Law enforcement is reluctant to prosecute Elder Financial Abuse due

    to lack of funding and the the fact that Elders make poor witnesses.

The family or friends who prey on Elders  know that they Elder will most likely never prosecute. The Guardians and Attorneys put the Elder in a position where they have no voice whatsoever.

9. More and more individuals are preying on Elders in everyday business dealings, they take advantage of the Elder then threaten and demand money and will stalk them. Beware of this segment of scum, they are becoming more prevalent every day.

10.Elder financial abuse exists when guardians snatch an Elder as well, they dissipate all their money and assets then kill them with medical means.

11. Nursing homes also commit Elder Financial abuse when they drug the Elders and  list maladies they do not actually have because there is more money in "memory care "than regular medical care. it becomes convenient for every resident to acquire Alzheimer like symptoms through unnecessary medications. This also cuts back on the amount of staff needed causing these homes to work " short" so the profit margin is larger.
