I GIVE ANY PERSON, BLOGGER, OR LEGAL AUTHORITY TO COPY, REDISTRIBUTE, AND/OR PUBLISH including NASGA, Probate Sharks, Lucinda Michigan Project, and JD ad any media outlet who cares to tell a story about a court that continues to act in clear absence of jurisdiction.
What is interesting is that Judge Stuart claims that (1) because I filed a Petition for Guardianship, I waived my right to jurisdiction and granted the court jurisdiction, (2) that she "Never" received any letters from my mother (the letters are part of the record) and (3) the Petition for an Order of Protection naming Toerpe was in 2009 and therefore, it is ineffectual (among other interesting comments, including claiming that my attorney in Lumbermen's testified that I finagled the court to give me all theLumbermen's money.
I've included attorney Gene Moskowits in this email and provided her the transcripts for her review and comment.
