Danielle Rene Murphy
Ohio Victim

I want to live with my Aunt Nancy and Mark......

Niece of Member Nancy Vallone
Danielle Murphy is a young adult who knows exactly what she wants and needs and is very capable of expressing herself.

Below are her powerful words which continue to fall on the deaf ears of her court-appointed "protectors," despite her Aunt Nancy's tireless efforts to advocate for Danielle's wishes, her best interest and her safety.

Danielle only wants to go home to her Aunt Nancy, where her life was meaningful and happy, until 2008 when she wrongfully fell into the system and her life was turned upside down and ripped apart.

Now, Danielle and her beloved Aunt are separated, each missing the other, worrying and wishing guardianship hadn't interloped in their lives and taken control of Danielle, forcing her away from the comfort and care of her Aunt and into the direct and total control of complete strangers.

Danielle's Aunt Nancy promised her that she would never give up advocating to free her from the system and bring her home -- where she is loved and greatly missed.  But despite Nancy's continued determination and her best efforts, years have passed and Nancy now worries that Danielle's spirit might give up...thinking she may never be free... thinking she will have to spend the rest of her life in the system instead of with her family.

Please pray for strength:  for Danielle's spirit and for Nancy's efforts.

Let Danielle's own words stand tall and speak for her.....

progress.  And every day is a
new change in scenery.  you are
so lucky to have me as your
neice.  And you teach me something
new everyday.  I don't know
what I would do without you.
You are the most wonderful
aunt in the entire world.
You teached me how to
be a lady. You are very special
