Although not one of my better pleadings, as I just received Toerpe Notice of filing ths on Monday, the 24th June, it is what it is... and it was ignored.

Later today I will scan and post what Toerpe filed and was able to push through this court as easy as if we had never raised the issue of jurisdiction.
