Dear Mr. Verenus, Here is another interesting document...2011 Independent Audit of the "Non Profit" guardianship company

Editor’s note: FEDs; you should look into this in Cook County. Just imagine this multiplied 100 or 1000 times... Lucius Verenus, Schoolmaster, ProbateSharks.com

Dear Mr. Verenus, Here is another interesting document...2011 Independent Audit of the "Non Profit" guardianship company 'Guardianship Services, Inc.' in Fort Worth, Texas. The question, "why are poor people be forced into guardianship?" may be answered by looking at the amount paid by the government for guardianship. Government contracts to this one "Non Profit" average $860,000/yr. "Other Contributions" to this "Non Profit" average $114,055/yr. and United Way contributions average $50,123/yr. I would really like to know where the "Other Contributions" come from. The service fees are also interesting in that these more than doubled from 2010 to 2011...$148,476 in 2010 to $326,765 in 2011... This begs the question, "did their service fees increase that much or was the number of guardianships more than doubled?”
